Quintessential Fable, the Tortoise and the Hare. A Fable is a short story conveying a moral, typically with animals as characters.
Over the last couple of years, I have learned more about Leadership versus Management. I have concluded, through experience, that there is a HUGE challenge! We need more LEADERS and fewer managers.
Over the years, I have seen a few great leaders; unfortunately, I have seen more poor leaders.
Coaching, teaching, and doing agile transformations have inspired me to be a better person and a true Lean-Agile Leader. I am not saying I am all that and a bag of chips. However, I know areas I need to work on, and I work hard to improve them!
Hence, I am going to write a series of FABLEs for several reasons:
- I want to learn more about myself by reflecting on my experience over 45 years.
- I am humbly hoping to inspire Leaders to step up and LEAD. Your title does not matter because everyone can be a leader.
